Our History
Rice Engineering began in 1994 as a one-person curtain wall consulting firm. In 1999, we incorporated and relocated from Kewaunee, Wisconsin to our current headquarters in Luxemburg. As our expertise and client base grew, so did our presence—adding a satellite office in Merrill, expanding our facilities in 2008 and again in 2018, and most recently opening a new office in Milwaukee. In 2024, we became a 100% employee-owned company through the formation of an ESOP, solidifying our long-term commitment to our team and our clients.
From our roots in facade consulting to our evolution into a full-service structural engineering firm, we’ve built a legacy of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation—always striving to deliver structural design that goes beyond the structure.
